Ms. Auerbach oversees the asset management functions of her family’s multi-state commercial real estate investment portfolio consisting of shopping centers and apartment buildings. She holds a real estate Broker’s License from the State of California and a CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management. Ms. Auerbach recently formed a small group of L.A. based women commercial property owners who are actively managing their own portfolios, called “The L. A. Land Ladies.” All are daughters of fathers and/or grandfathers who founded Southern California real estate development companies in the 40’s and who turned the reins over to their daughters and granddaughters.
