Fran Inman is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Majestic Realty Co., one of the nation’s largest privately-held, real estate development companies headquartered in Southern California. In 2015, Majestic Realty was honored as the North American Developer of the Year and recently as the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership Business of the Year.

Fran serves as vice-chair of the California Transportation Commission where she has served since 2010. Recognized as an industry leader in goods movement, Inman also served on the USDOT National Freight Advisory Committee and co-chaired the sub-committee on project delivery and operations. Fran recently received the prestigious Peter Drucker Award for Excellence in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.

Fran is also the Founding President of the Majestic Realty Foundation, which provides grants and support to various charitable community partners that provide services in the communities where Majestic Realty Co. does business. Fran further demonstrates her commitment to active community engagement through her service on a number of nonprofit boards including as a board member for Queens Care Charitable Foundation, THINK Together and Three Square. She is also a trustee at the University of Redlands.

Actively engaged in the greater business community, Fran is an executive committee member for the Los Angeles Chamber, Los Angeles County Business Federation, the California Business Roundtable (CBRT), the California Business Properties Association (CBPA), and she is a Founding Member of FuturePorts.

Fran Inman graduated from California State University, Fullerton and holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance.
