As Vice President of Asset Management for Watt Commercial Properties, Allison Lynch is responsible for asset management services on a portfolio of 50 properties comprised of retail, office, industrial and multi family. During her tenure at Watt, she has overseen significant growth initiatives, including the successful outsourcing of property management and leasing to third party providers and leading teams in the completion of redevelopments of properties in the Watt Portfolio including Edinger Plaza in Huntington Beach, Alicia Towne Plaza in Mission Viejo and Alamitos Bay in Long Beach.

Prior to joining Watt in June 2004, Ms. Lynch served as Vice President of Asset Management for CNA Enterprises, where she managed a portfolio of assets throughout the Southwestern United States. In her career she has worked for such respected real estate organizations as Burnham Pacific, CB Richard Ellis, MBK Northwest and Terranomics Retail Services.

Ms. Lynch obtained her BA in Liberal Studies from Mount St. Mary’s University – Los Angeles. She is a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and a Certified Shopping Center Manager (SCSM). She serves on the ULI LA Advisory Board, and as a Regent of Mount St. Mary’s University and is currently the Vice Chair of the Los Angeles Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services Board. Ms. Lynch is also an active member of ULI-Los Angeles, ICSC and CREW-LA.
