Ms. Walling is a Director at AEW in the firm’s Direct Investment Group and is the Asset Management Team Leader for the group’s Los Angeles-based asset management team. Overseeing a group of 18 Asset Managers, Associates and Analysts, Ms. Walling responsible for the asset management of a variety of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and development assets across the western U.S. Ms. Walling has more than twenty years of real estate investment experience that encompasses the development and management of existing assets and portfolios as well as the underwriting of new investment opportunities. Before joining the firm’s Los Angeles office in 2012, she served as a Director at the Archon Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, with responsibility for an office/industrial portfolio located throughout the West Coast. Ms. Walling graduated from the University of California at Berkeley.
