Dana Valenti is Vice President of Risk Management at Kimco Realty Corporation. In this role, Ms. Valenti evaluates all property acquisitions for the company and oversees due diligence. She also manages risk assessment on key corporate strategies including development and redevelopment initiatives. Prior to joining Kimco in 2010, Dana worked at GE Capital Real Estate holding positions both as a Relationship Manager, originating large debt and equity placement opportunities for multifamily, retail, and office products and as a Deal Leader, managing the underwriting of large portfolio opportunities.

Ms. Valenti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and an M.B.A from St. Joseph’s University.
