Elizabeth Majkowski serves as the Senior Vice President, Operations and acting Director of Sustainability for SL Green Realty Corp. Ms. Majkowski has over 30 years of property management and real estate financial experience in New York City. Her current responsibilities include operational oversight of the Manhattan office, residential, and retail portfolio in excess of 30 million square feet with annual operating expense budgets of $650 million, as of 2016.

Ms. Majkowski also serves as an adjunct professor for NYU’s Master of Real Estate Program and is a member of BOMA New York Chapter and serves on the Codes and Regulations Committee. Ms. Majkowski is also a member of the Management Committee for REBNY, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW NY) and served on the Executive Committee of the New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Ms. Majkowski was a finalist for the Urban Green Council EBIE Awards in two categories including SL Green’s LED Lighting Retrofit Program and Real Time Energy Management Program. She has served as a panelist for the American Institute of Architects – Energy Efficiency Panel in and a LEED Panelist for the USBGC Green Expo. Previously, Ms. Majkowski was a Director for the New York area at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.

After graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University, Ms. Majkowski attained the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

In 2015 Ms. Majkowski received the IREM CPM of the Year Award for the NYC Chapter and in 2014 was named by BISNOW as one of the top 50 Most Powerful Women in NYC Real Estate.
