For the past 15 years, Alicia Goldstein’s real estate experience has included launching marquee new developments in the most competitive luxury markets around the country and guiding category-defining mixed-use, residential and retail developments to success. At HFZ she is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s marketing and sales efforts across its entire portfolio, overseeing all initiatives from pre-development to ongoing sales efforts; from pursuing new development opportunities to managing expansive teams. She unites key architects and designers, top sales teams, hospitality and financial partners to create marketing programs and partnerships that fuse grand scope with engaging narratives to compelling effect.

Prior to HFZ, Alicia was with the Faena Group, the firm led by Argentinian developer Alan Faena and partner Len Blavatnik, where she spearheaded the company’s U.S. expansion, launched sales at Faena House, a high-end condominium project in Miami Beach, and oversaw the development of The Faena District Miami Beach. The District has since become a global paragon of market success and urban renewal. During her tenure at the Related Companies, Goldstein served as the head of Marketing working on properties such as the Residences at Time Warner Center, The Brompton, Superior Ink and The Caledonia. Goldstein also launched properties across the country, including Viceroy Snowmass and Snowmass Base Village in Colorado and The Century in Los Angeles—each sparking an urban renaissance in their respective neighborhoods. A native New Yorker and a graduate of Columbia University, Goldstein spent her early career in the entertainment industry.
