Jane Gol is the co-founder and President of Continental Ventures. With thirty years of real estate experience throughout New York City and Long Island; Florida and Toronto, and as one of New York’s only women at the helm of a real estate development company, Ms. Gol has extensive experience in real estate investment and the development of residential, commercial and retail projects. Ms. Gol is instrumental in negotiating and structuring each acquisition and is responsible for the oversight of new development projects including iconic projects in Soho, the West Village, the Upper West Side and Upper East Side of Manhattan. She is also currently leading the planning and development of a new two and half million sq. ft. mixed-use neighborhood which is part of a major public and private investment in the revitalization and place-making of downtown Toronto’s waterfront. Ms. Gol is also co-President of Continental Pinewood, which develops communities of condominium residences and luxury homes on Long Island, and of Bayport Funding, which is a private equity non-traditional lending platform.

As a visionary real estate developer, Ms. Gol recognized the need in the market for dynamic warehousing, “urban” fulfillment and marketplace, and is launching “Vert”, a comprehensive e-commerce solution for retailers and manufacturers nationally.

Ms. Gol is proud to have served as a Commissioner on the New York City Planning Commission under Mayor Michael Bloomberg, where she collaborated on the transformational rezoning efforts that led to The High Line, Hudson Yards and the Downtown Brooklyn revitalization.

Ms. Gol served on the Board of Directors of the IDBNY Bank. She is a member of WX, an invitation-only, executive women in real estate group.

Ms. Gol is a graduate of Cornell University.
