While attending Emory University, Patricia Simone did summer real estate internships; first at Cushman & Wakefield, where she gained in-depth and high-volume exposure to Class A office and high-end retail leasing; and then at Simone Development, where she gained exposure to a full range of property types and the development process.

She joined Simone as a leasing associate after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Emory, and a few years later combined her growing job responsibilities with attending the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, earning a Master’s degree Cum Laude.
