Senior Property Manager
Mastering the details of building operations has been the signature of Susan Curtis since the beginning of her career in San Francisco with one of the leading property owners in the country, The Shorenstein Company. Curtis joined Shorenstein in 1987 and rapidly moved up the ranks from an accounting position to the intricacies of property management.
Opportunity called in 1993 when Susan relocated to the East Coast. Her career as a property manager of Class A skyscrapers took off with Cushman & Wakefield at 270 Park Avenue. Her management expertise grew as she managed a number of Class A high rise properties across New York City, including 575 Lexington, 33 Maiden Lane, and 17 State Street.
Susan now holds the distinction of the property manager for the entire Westchester and Connecticut portfolio. Her ability to supervise many projects with superb organization and cover all the details at the same time has made her a perfect fit for the portfolio. She enjoys building relationships with tenants and is committed to accommodating their needs and their comfort. “The Company’s mission – to be Landlord of Choice – is something we all take seriously,” she explains. “Naturally we all work hard to make sure the buildings are at their peak performance, making them a place our tenants want to be.” Susan holds a RPA and FMA designation and is a resident of Westchester County.
