Kirsten Chen

Kirsten Timmins Chen is a vice president at CIT Real Estate Finance. CIT provides lending, leasing and treasury management services to small and middle market businesses. Mrs. Chen is responsible for underwriting bridge and construction loans across all asset classes. She has closed over $500 million in loans and evaluated over $5 billion in transactions with institutional equity and development sponsors. Kirsten joined OneWest Bank in 2011, and joined CIT following the OneWest Bank merger with CIT in 2015.

Kirsten has worked in the real estate industry for more than ten years and began her career in homebuilding at NVR, Inc. in Northern Virginia. She was previously a vice president at Kosmont Companies, where she performed real estate and redevelopment consulting.

Kristin earned an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University. She is an active member of ULI, CREFC, and the City of HOPE LARE Council.
