Renee Dake Wilson is an architect and leader creating homes, institutional buildings and communities throughout Southern California neighborhoods, where she has practiced since 1998. Her community building efforts focus on improving social equity and conserving nature. She has helped to achieve real and innovative results for Los Angeles in these areas through work with professional and civic organizations.

Renee Dake Wilson is a Principal and founder in 2002 of Dake Wilson Architects, an architecture firm with an environmental focus on middle-income single family residences, small commercial, civic, and institutional projects. Renee is a vigorous collaborator and balances design talent with strong technical and construction administration experience. As a LEED-accredited professional, she is committed to the seamless incorporation of environmentally-responsible design and construction techniques in every project.

In 2013 Mayor Eric Garcetti appointed Renee Dake Wilson to the Los Angeles City Planning Commission, first serving as President and currently as Vice President. The CPC is responsible for reviewing all discretionary large projects and policy matters within the City of Los Angeles.
