In her role as Development Director serving Bainbridge’s South Florida region Shannon brings more than 16 years of real estate investment and development experience. She will leverage her vast real-world expertise gained through the direct supervision of the ground-up development of more than 10,000 garden and mid-rise residential units to the Bainbridge portfolio. As Development Director, Shannon is responsible for researching and finalizing site selection in the top performing South Florida markets while managing the construction of superior developments for the firm and its investment partners.
