As a results-driven senior executive in New York’s real estate arena, Sara Mirski is one of a few female developers in the city. She has played a key role in all phases of real estate development acquisitions, financing, strategic planning, and construction managing the entire development process from acquisition to final sale or lease up. Executing multiple projects simultaneously, Sara has earned industry recognition for building and motivating cross-functional teams and successfully completing large-scale and complex development projects with transaction values up to $300 million. Sara was named “40 Under 40” Rising Stars by Crain’s NY Business Magazine, “Woman of Influence” by Real Estate New York Magazine, one of “Top Women in R/E and Construction” by Tri-State Real Estate Magazine one of “Outstanding Women in Building Industry” by Women Builders Council, Inc. and the cover story for “Pioneering Women in Real Estate” by Sokol Media. Sara received the Clarisa Award for her charitable work with the Capuchin Food Pantries. She is a Board Member for Friends of Governors Island and a Member of the Down Town Association. Currently, COO & Chief Development Officer for Sam.Boymelgreen, LLC, Sara is managing acquisitions and investments for the company and overseeing the design and construction of new and existing development projects. Sara Mirski is also a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker.
