Roberta Axelrod has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently overseeing Time Equities, Inc.’s residential real estate division. She is the broker of record for Time Equities, Inc. and Time Equities Brokerage in New York and New Jersey. Over the course of her career, Ms. Axelrod has been involved in the conversion of over 125 buildings comprising over 10,000 units to co-ops and condominiums. Her responsibilities include project management, asset management, and overseeing sales/marketing efforts on behalf of TEI’s New York metropolitan area residential co-op and condo sales and rental portfolios. Ms. Axelrod has and continues to represent the sponsor on numerous co-op and condo boards throughout the city.

She is currently listed as the Director of Sales and Marketing for 50 West, a 64-story new construction condominium designed by world-renowned architect Helmut Jahn. Additionally, she was in charge of overseeing sales at The Residences at Prince, a landmarked church complex converted into luxury condominiums, located in Downtown Manhattan’s Nolita district. As a leading figure in real estate, Ms. Axelrod is widely quoted by The New York Times, The Real Deal, Brick Underground, Business Insider and other industry and consumer-facing media outlets.

Ms. Axelrod graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with a degree in Art History and Architecture. She has a Master’s Degree in Historic Preservation from the Columbia University School of Architecture, Preservation, and Planning. Prior to her latest role at TEI, she worked at the New York City Landmark Preservation Commission and later served as the Executive Director of the Pratt Area Community Council Housing Office in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Ms. Axelrod served as treasurer of the Manhattan MLS, is a member of Manar, the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Liberty Realty Board and Hudson County Multiple Listing in New Jersey.
