As Sales Manager of TitleVest, a First American Company, Beth Finegan Reynolds is responsible for creating a principal sales team that cultivates partnerships and leverages innovative technological resources within the title insurance industry. Ms. Reynolds has composed a best-in-class sales team to represent the TitleVest vision. By inspiring change management, motivating internal and external sales teams, and working closely with underwriting, service, and product management, she leads her team in continuing to establish and execute effective organizational strategies.

Prior to leading the team at TitleVest, Ms. Reynolds revolutionized the corporate training industry with the founding of the NRG Power Group. As a highly respected business executive and executive coach, she created a learning platform dedicated to training and coaching financial advisors, entrepreneurs, sales associates, and executive managers. Her programs transformed the corporate environment of industry-leading organizations such as Accenture, JP Morgan, and Johns Hopkins University. With Ms. Reynolds’ industry experience and knowledge, she has successfully acted as a feminine power in male dominated industries.

Ms. Reynolds earned a Master’s from Aldephi University and is a graduate of The Catholic University of America.
