Lauren N. Cahill is Director of Development for AvalonBay Communities, Inc. Prior to this role, she was an Assistant Vice President of Development at Gotham Organization, Inc., where she was involved in the development of 200 West 72nd Street, a 196-unit luxury residential property, and predevelopment of Gotham West, a one million-square-foot, mixed-use residential/retail project. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Degree Certificate in Real Estate Design Development from the Wharton School of Business.
