After working in the real estate and construction industries for nearly a decade , Megan Guy joined Simone Development in 2016. Ms. Guy is responsible for all aspects of the acquisition, land use, design, construction, and leasing phases of the company’s projects. In this role, she ensures projects are completed within established budget, scheduled milestones and standards of quality, and she manages and coordinates ground-up development and redevelopment projects.

Prior to joining Simone, Ms. Guy served on the development team at The Related Companies where she oversaw projects valued at more than $300 million. Ms. Guy managed all facets of development including planning, entitlement, legal, financing, engineering, design, construction and sell-out. Before Related, Ms. Guy was a Senior Analyst at HFF, where she valued over $6.0 billion in sales and financing transactions of office, multifamily, land/development and retail properties and participated in over $1.8 billion of closed transactions. Ms. Guy began her career as a real estate valuation professional at Duff & Phelps.
Ms. Guy received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from George Washington University.
