Daria Salusbury is Founder and CEO of Salusbury & Co., a development, branding, and marketing firm that empowers its partners to efficiently and effectively bring real estate to market that shapes the world’s skylines. She has a 30-year track record of success, bringing more than $10 billion in luxury developments to market. Ms. Salusbury has worked as both a developer and broker in major cities across the U.S. Prior to founding her firm, she spent 25 years at The Related Companies where she served as Senior Vice President and head of the luxury rental division. Some of her most successful projects included Related’s Abington House, MiMA and 456 Washington Street. Ms. Salusbury has been featured in The New York Times, Crain’s New York Business, Forbes, The New York Observer and The Real Deal. She resides in New York City’s Upper West Side and Milbrook, NY, where she can be found shooting clay pigeons in her spare time with her Chesapeake Bay retriever Hannah.
