Shannon Chang spearheads relationships with investors, family offices and large institutions, and communicates strategy, performance and a competitive edge. In addition to managing current and potential relationships, she oversees the evaluation and execution of new projects. Prior to joining, Shannon managed all aspects of development for a boutique firm. Her experience includes over six years of practicing at top-tier, international law firms such as Arnold & Porter and Clifford Chance LLP. She specialized in the Real Estate Group and represented lenders, borrowers, developers and funds. Her deals included the financing of the first gaming facility in NYC, the purchase of Forest City Ratner Companies’ retail portfolio and the refinancing of the Standard Hotel. Prior to Clifford Chance, Shannon served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Kings County.

Shannon received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. in Spanish and Economics from Fordham University.
