ALLISON R. LISSNER joined Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP as a Partner in the firm’s Transactional Department in 2013.

Ms. Lissner has a broad range of experience in all areas of commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on office and retail leasing. She has represented owners, developers and tenants (including Fortune 500 companies, big-box tenants and high-end retailers) in the negotiation and drafting of office, loft, store, reverse-build-to-suit, triple net and ground leases throughout the United States. Ms. Lissner’s practice also includes representing corporate entities and individuals in the acquisition, development and disposition of vacant land, office buildings, apartment buildings, shopping centers and other commercial and residential properties. She also counsels clients on due diligence, financing and legal compliance issues.

Ms. Lissner is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the New York Commercial Real Estate Women (NYCREW), the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). She is co-chair of the Membership Committee for NYCREW and also serves on the Community Outreach Committee for NYCREW.

Ms. Lissner earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude. From 1999-2001 she was the Notes and Comments editor of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Ramapo College of New Jersey and graduated cum laude.

Ms. Lissner is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lissner was a Partner at Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A.
