Danielle Vennett is primarily responsible for managing the asset management, leasing, and redevelopment of Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC), a 1.7 million square foot office park in Boca Raton, Florida.

She joined the organization in 2018, though she had previously worked with Crocker on several owned assets throughout her career. Ms. Vennett was retained as part of the BRIC acquisition and previously served as Managing Director with the prior owners of BRIC, where she was responsible for leasing 700,000 square feet of transactions during a three-year period. She also commanded the rebranding of the property and worked diligently to improve the tenant-landlord relationship.

Prior to joining the BRIC team, Danielle spent 16 years in commercial real estate as a broker. She has negotiated over one million square feet of transactions in Florida, representing the interest of both tenants and landlords.

Ms. Vennett received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
