Patricia Werhahn

Patricia Werhahn has extensive experience in real estate asset management and acquisitions. She has been in the industry since 2004 as a co-founder of a real estate investment company. As CEO of RedSteel Properties, Ms. Werhahn is the driving force behind every aspect of the company’s operations.

Earlier in her career, she was a leasing executive for Weingarten Realty and was responsible for leasing 12 shopping centers consisting of approximately 2 million square feet. Ms. Werhahn ranked consistently with the top producers of Weingarten. While there, she completed deals with major tenants such as Winn-Dixie, ULTA, Big Lots, PNC, and Comcast.

Ms. Werhahn was born and raised in Switzerland and is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). She earned her Masters of Business Administration with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on real estate at the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center.

Ms. Werhahn serves on the advisory board for NOVA Southeastern University’s Master of Science in Real Estate Development program, board of the Little Club, on the Capital Campaign Committee for Sunflower Creative Arts, on the long range planning committee for the Country Club of Florida and she is part of the ICSC Next Gen Palm Beach Committee. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida and is an active member of ICSC and ICSC Next Generation.
