As a Workplace Strategist and CRE leader, Nona is known for driving comprehensive workplace solutions through innovative architecture and design, construction and engineering best practices, including Biophilia, sustainability, health and wellness programs for the Siemens Healthineers brand of Siemens AG. Her leadership in critical roles reflects more than two decades of expertise in developing workplace programs, implementation of global standards, procurement planning, and change management for multibillion dollar high level corporations. Working interdependently with Procurement, HR, EH&S, CRE and C-Suite, Nona has been able to achieve successful and sustainable programs supporting an evolving workforce and corporate real estate landscape.

Ms. Gross provides the vision, coordination, and execution of $1.9Bn in Siemen AG’s domestic-based construction projects annually, transforming more than 200 advanced workplace initiatives into final deliverables, with benefits not limited to reduced footprint, improved sustainability and work-life balance, team synergy, implementation of change management strategies, substantial cost reduction and developing wellness standards. She orchestrates all phases of large-scale construction and capital projects, vetting and onboarding architectural firms, overseeing RFP processes, defining project scopes, sustainability and energy efficiency programs and establishing and managing a top-tier vendor network.
Previous to her position with Siemens, Ms. Gross served as Founder, Principal, and Business Development Manager for Environscapes LLC, a contract furniture industry consultant leveraging in-depth client insights to build unique workplace solutions. Her campaigns in transformative leadership included an impactful collaboration with Kaiser Permanente where she presided over industrial product design and was responsible for assembling project teams, manufacturers, and stakeholders to launch the Steelcase NURTURE healthcare product portfolio.

She has an established presence as a keynote speaker for a number of prominent industry organizations and conferences, including the IFMA, CoreNet, Workplace Conference Dubai, Temple School of Architecture, and numerous Workplace Strategy and IIDA conferences. Her topics of expertise include global workplace trends, agile and integrated workplace designs, biophilic design concepts, change management, procurement and RFP strategies for large scale projects, and future workplace design and digitalization in the workplace.
